DEAN RETURNS TO TOP SPOT ON ALBUMS CHART, MAINTAINS LEAD ON SINGLES TOP 40

Olivia Dean returns to #1 on the Top 40 Albums Chart with The Art Of Loving, after stepping aside last week as Six60 took the peak with their latest album, Right Here Right Now. Dean also claims the top four singles on the Chart this week, including her collaboration with Sam Fender, ‘Rein Me In’. Only two other artists have simultaneously held the top four – Taylor Swift in October 2025 and Harry Styles in May 2022.

Right Here Right Now remains the #1 album on the Aotearoa Top 20 for a second week, while Te Wehi and Hori Shaw return to #1 on the Aotearoa Singles Chart with ‘Catch A Wave’ – the track also ticks off its third week at the top of the Aotearoa Hot Chart. Twenty One Pilots lead the Hot 40, with ‘Drag Path’ – originally only available on a limited edition of the group’s 2025 album Breach, the track is now available on streaming platforms alongside a new video. It's the first Hot Chart #1 for the duo.

‘Tōku Reo Tōku Ohooho’ continues at #1 on the Te Reo Top 10, while a new collab between TAWAZ and MELODOWNZ, ‘Kawakawa Tī’ enters the Chart at #10.
