JUST NO STOPPING OLIVIA DEAN, FAZED ON A PONY CLAIM NZ CHART #1

Even the star power of fellow Brit Harry Styles, who lands at #3 on the Singles Top 40 with ‘Aperture’, is not enough to stall Olivia Dean's recordbreaking run leading the Chart, as ‘Man I Need’ earns its 17th week at #1. The Art Of Loving also holds firm atop the Albums Chart.

Featuring backing vocals by New Zealander Naomi Ludlow (a.k.a Ny Oh), ‘Aperture’ is Styles' 11th Top 10 appearance in the Top 40 as a soloist and 23rd overall if you count his One Direction work. The track may not crack the Top 40 #1 nut but it does claim the top position on the Hot 40 this week.

Hori Shaw and Te Wehi chalk up a 23rd week at #1 on the Top 20 Aotearoa Singles Chart while Fazed on a Pony (a.k.a Aucklander Peter McCall) shoots straight to the top of the Aotearoa Albums Top 20 with swan. Recorded at Roundhead Studios, it is McCall's second full-length album. You can catch him with band on a national tour next week.

The Top 20 Aotearoa Hot Chart finds the brothers Coterie – Tyler, Joshua, Brandford and Conrad Fisher – back on top with ‘Pretty Gyal’ after a seven-week gap. The reggae-pop summer hit is the first taste of the boys' forthcoming album due out on Six60's Massive label later this year.

Aotearoa Songbook’s champion single ‘Tōku Reo Tōku Ohooho’ stays the course at #1 on the Top 10 Te Reo Māori Singles Chart.
